Decoding life's moments of awe and wonder
They're so cool, but what do they mean?

They're so cool, but what do they mean?
In our heart of hearts, we hope for clear answers when we send silent requests out into the universe. Which career is best for me? What is my heart longing for? What’s my next step? What if, in fact, we are being answered, every day, but in a language that we’ve forgotten?
For the most part, the language of symbols has been lost in the modern world. We have forgotten how to think, hear and speak in the symbolic language that bridges the known and the unknown in our lives. When a symbol breaks through to our everyday consciousness in a seemingly random fashion – a dragonfly landing on your arm, a car license plate or a song on the radio echoing the words you were just saying – we are momentarily astonished, but then carry on. Even when we feel the rush of energy that accompany profound moments, cymbalic moments, we don’t know what to do with them.
Cymbalic play encompasses a series of new tools and practices that marry the joyful and creative abandon of play with the symbolism and mystery of dreams. Its core idea is that every moment presents an invitation to connect - to oneself, to the world in which we live and to a larger presence in our lives. By being mindful of the cymbalic moments in our everyday lives, we can balance our conscious thoughts with ideas and messages that spring from a deeper realm, responding to the questions we carry with us and bringing a sense of awe and wonder into our lives.

People all over the world are experiencing dreams that are bursting with symbolism and bizarre images: coronavirus pandemic dreams.
Having worked with people’s dreams for nearly 20 years, we’ve seen that dreams weave together when we share big experiences; each person adding a different strand to create a larger pattern. Is an image of the future emerging from our collective pandemic dreams?
We are actively seeking to understand patterns or collective themes that may be emerging through pandemic dreams. Our blog goes into greater depth about this phenomenon and you can participate in the following ways:
o Take part in our short, anonymous survey to share elements from your pandemic dreams:
o Join one of our free zoom classes on dreaming and discuss common themes
